Software

CALAMARI is a project by one of our students, Leonhard Niemann. His software uses contrast analysis of microscopic imagery to determine the number of layers in van-der-Waals materials such as Graphene or MoS₂. To calibrate the height analysis of a sample, AFM measurements or Raman spectra can be added into a custom setup. The program currently only supports Windows 10 and can be downloaded (incl. a quick user manual) from the link below.
